Coronavirus (COVID-19) update from North West London NHS - 1 April 2021

Published on: 1st April 2021

As we move into spring, we welcome you to the new NW London Clinical Commissioning Group. We are now officially one organisation for NW London, and you can find out more information about us and how to follow us in the bulletin.

It’s not just our new organisation we celebrate in this edition. We have now provided over 850,000 vaccinations to local residents and we are working to ensure we continue to increase the uptake of vaccines in all residents aged over 50 and in the first nine cohorts. Our vaccination teams have been working phenomenally hard, and throughout April they will continue to work with local communities, providing local pop-up clinics and working with people who have questions about the vaccine. If you are in one of these groups and not had your vaccine yet – make sure you book-in.

We have also opened more large vaccination centres. We now have eight for NW London and you can find more information on them here.

To our younger readers (anyone under 50) who have not yet been eligible for a vaccine, we would love to hear your views on having the jab – fill in our short survey for the chance to win a £150 Amazon Voucher.
