Parsons Green Walk in Centre and St Charles Urgent Care Centre to re-open as pre-booked clinics

On Monday 20 September 2021, Parsons Green Walk-in Centre and St Charles Urgent Care Centre will each re-open as a pre-bookable clinic.
Due to Covid-19, the walk-in services at Parsons Green and St Charles remain temporarily suspended to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. These service changes are temporary arrangements, in line with Covid-19 restoration plans.
Parsons Green will provide booked face-to-face and virtual appointments for residents from the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, with the service operating Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm (closed bank holidays) and treating patients with minor illness.
St Charles will provide booked face to face and virtual appointments for residents in all North West London boroughs, with the service operating Monday to Sunday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (closed Christmas Day) and treating patients with minor illness and minor injuries.
In both cases, your GP will be able to book you an appointment at the clinics. Due to the extra capacity available at St Charles, patients can also be referred via 111 and will be able to book direct by calling 020 8102 5111.
